Hammondlee of Dereham, Norfolk, established January 2004. A new name to estate agency with a proven track record of success, with partners Glen Hammond and Gary Lee having 26 years experience in property sales between them.

On opening the business we set about working to a simple ethos of providing an honest, reliable and proactive service with a personal and friendly approach. This is enhanced by incorporating the latest technology available to the industry such as; text messaging, electronic mailing & matching system, web based advertising and digital photography.

Our personal approach has already proven popular, comments about our thought provoking advertising have received positive comments, such as “ You make me want to read your advert”, “ It brings a smile to my face”. This is also echoed in the preparation of the property particulars, your home is individual and we treat it this way, by identifying and highlighting the true selling features with our very own unique marketing style.
